k9game Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "k9game", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the k9game gaming platform and its operating entity, operating under an international gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the k9game website at https://k9game.ws, including all associated mobile-optimised pages, subdomains, and services.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the k9game Platform.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the k9game Platform.
• "Real Money Gaming" means any activity on the Platform involving the wagering of funds held in a player's Account balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts credited to an Account by k9game under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum cumulative bet amount that must be staked before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the exclusive currency of all transactions on the k9game Platform for Pakistani players.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the process by which k9game verifies a player's identity and age using official identification documentation.

To participate in any real-money gaming activity on the k9game Platform, you must first register an Account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant the following:

• All information you provide during registration — including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and National Identity Card (CNIC) number — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are registering solely for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously held a k9game Account that was closed, suspended, or terminated by k9game for any reason.
• You understand that providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of any Account balance.

k9game operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. k9game employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed and all associated balances forfeited without notice.

Access to k9game's real-money gaming products is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. There are no exceptions to this policy.

In addition to the age requirement, players must satisfy the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must not be accessing k9game from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of k9game or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must be of sound mind and not under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgement when making real-money gaming decisions.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or a responsible gaming restriction that prohibits your participation on any gambling platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k9game Account login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

k9game will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from k9game that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to k9game support immediately at [email protected].

You agree to notify k9game immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. k9game accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

All deposits to k9game Accounts are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). k9game accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time without prior notice.

By making a deposit to your k9game Account, you confirm the following:

• The funds you are depositing are your own personal funds and are not derived from any criminal or unlawful activity.
• You are the sole and legitimate owner of the payment method used to make the deposit.
• You are not using k9game for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose.

k9game does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (for example, your mobile network operator or bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside k9game's control. Minimum deposit amounts are determined by the selected payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Deposits made by JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your Account balance instantly under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and four business hours to credit depending on inter-bank processing times.

Players may request a withdrawal of their available Account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. k9game processes all withdrawals in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, as a standard anti-money laundering control.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification, including the submission of a valid CNIC and proof of the payment method.
• Any Bonus Funds credited to your Account must have met the applicable Wagering Requirement before the associated winnings become withdrawable.
• There must be no active investigation, fraud review, or Account restriction applied to your Account at the time of the withdrawal request.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your selected withdrawal method.

k9game targets withdrawal processing times of 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and one to four hours for bank transfers. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees — processing may take longer during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.

k9game offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and event-specific promotions aligned with PSL seasons and major cricket tournaments. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all k9game promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering Bonus Funds, once the applicable Wagering Requirement is met, are withdrawable.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• k9game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• A player may only claim each distinct promotional offer once, regardless of the number of accounts held (whether or not those additional accounts are discovered at the time).
• k9game reserves the right to claw back Bonus Funds and associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to wagering patterns designed to reduce risk rather than engage in genuine gaming activity.

All bets and wagers placed on the k9game Platform are final and binding once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player after confirmation except where an in-play cash-out option is offered and exercised within the permitted window.

k9game reserves the right to void any bet or wager in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event that was subsequently determined to be corrupted, fixed, or otherwise compromised.
• The odds displayed at the time of the bet placement were materially incorrect due to a system or human error, and the true odds were significantly different.
• The event was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned under circumstances defined in the applicable sport-specific betting rules published on the Platform.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms or applicable game rules.

Game results on k9game's casino and slot products are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently audited for fairness. Live casino game outcomes are determined in real time by the physical actions of trained dealers operating within regulated studio environments.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k9game Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or making fraudulent chargeback claims against legitimate k9game transactions.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or avoiding account-level restrictions.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to all players via the standard interface.
• Collusion: Working in coordination with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker game, or sporting event betting market.
• Money Laundering: Using k9game to process, conceal, or integrate funds derived from criminal activity.
• Abuse of Platform Errors: Knowingly exploiting a technical error, software bug, or pricing error to generate winnings that would not have been achievable under correct operating conditions.

k9game is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Pakistani players with the tools they need to stay in control of their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your k9game Account. Limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a mandatory 72-hour review period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum continuous play session durations after which you will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period. Once the limit is reached, access to real-money gaming is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications showing your total session time and net gaming activity during the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from all k9game real-money gaming products. Temporary exclusions are available for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Permanent exclusion closes the Account for a minimum of six months and can be made indefinite upon request.

k9game's 21+ age policy is a firm requirement. Players who suspect that a minor may be accessing the k9game Platform through their Account or device are required to contact support immediately and use parental control software to restrict access.

All content on the k9game Platform — including but not limited to the k9game logo, game titles, graphic design, software, text, data, audio, and video elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of k9game or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the k9game Platform strictly for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or transmit any portion of the Platform content without express written permission from k9game.
• Use the k9game brand name, logo, or any associated marks in connection with any third-party service, advertisement, or promotional material.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any Platform software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k9game's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your k9game Account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

k9game expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss or damage arising from system downtime, service interruptions, or technical failures outside k9game's reasonable control, including telecommunications network outages and third-party payment processing delays.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any nature, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension resulting from KYC non-compliance or responsible gaming limit breaches initiated by you.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by k9game's negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

k9game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, k9game will publish a notice on the Platform and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. In cases of significant changes affecting player rights or obligations, k9game will additionally notify registered players via the contact details held on their Account.

Your continued use of the k9game Platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting k9game support.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which k9game holds its gaming licence. By using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the informal dispute resolution process described below.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players must first submit a written complaint to k9game via [email protected]. k9game will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. k9game encourages resolution of disputes through this internal process as a first step.

k9game's online gaming licence includes access to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service for disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process. Details of the applicable ADR service are published on the licensing authority's official website.
